Support

Tell us what happened, which iPhone and Apple Watch you use, and the iOS or watchOS version installed. Do not attach private match videos unless we specifically ask for one.

Before a match

  • Position the iPhone with a clear view of the field.
  • Connect it to power when possible.
  • Confirm the time before and after each highlight.
  • Open FutReplay on the Apple Watch before kickoff.

If Workout keeps returning to the screen

On Apple Watch, open Settings > General > Return to Clock > Workout and turn off Return to App. Then return to the app list, open FutReplay, choose Custom, and select After 1 Hour. Workout continues recording in the background while FutReplay remains available for marking highlights.

If the Watch does not recognize an active match

Confirm that FutReplay is installed on Apple Watch and keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled on both devices. A connection to a Wi-Fi network is not required. Open FutReplay on iPhone, start the match, and then open FutReplay on Apple Watch.

If the Watch shows a weak signal

Move closer to the iPhone and wait for confirmation on the Watch before marking another highlight. FutReplay can queue a Watch command temporarily when the iPhone is not immediately reachable.

If a highlight does not appear in Photos

Check whether Save to Photos is enabled and whether FutReplay has permission to add photos. The highlight may still be available in the app's own library for export.
